Description: 
The horizontal wire drawing machine can be used for drawing electrical copper rod from 8mm to 1.3-4.0mm, which wound by the auto dual bobbin take-up device or coiler.
Feature: 
1. Double layer tungsten carbide drawing stepped pulley ring, full immersion lubrication, gear transmission, gear and bearing are lubricated by oil pump, engine shell in case form, owning rapidly mould-change system; 
2. High precision helical gears transmission, with high efficiency and low noise; 
3. The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power, which is strong in; 
4. Fully immersed way to lubricate and cool, which can guarantee the quality of the drawing wire; 
5. Annealing device is inclined, which can reduce machine height and convenient for workers to cross wire; 
6. Special designed air pipe to send air to the axis of annealing wheel; 
7. Wound by the auto dual bobbin take-up device or coiler (according to needs); 
8. Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen (Simens or according to needs), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
